You want to invite colleagues to Capitol Zen? The first part is easy! Click the "My Team" button on the top right corner of your dashboard or click "Team" under the user menu in the top right corner of the screen.
To add a user, click "Invite user." You can view the list of users who you've invited, but haven't claimed their invite under the "unclaimed invites" tab.
(Hint: look in these people's email boxes or junk mail folders.)
